Please email and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the tags have not been removed, the garment has not been worn or damaged.

If the security tags are removed we won't be able to accept the return.

After goods are received & quality checked your refund will be credited to the original payment method

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28  working days.

We are not obliged to provide you a refund until we receive the product(s) back from you or we receive evidence (such as proof of postage) from you that you have sent the item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend that you send the products using a secure or trackable method - e.g. Recorded/Special Delivery  and that you retain your proof of postage.

Please note* as a company refunds are processed Monday to Thursday 

It takes up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in our account depending on your bank / card issuer.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you

Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL, DPD or TNT to return your orders
