Please email and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the tags have not been removed, garment has not been worn or damaged.

If the security tags are removed we won't be able to accept the return.

After goods are received, quality checked your refund will be credited to the original payment method

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working working days to process & show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

Note* At this time to protect our staff, all returns will not be opened for 48 hours due to Convid-19 



We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.


Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL, DPD or TNT to return your orders

To ensure we are offering the best quality all garments are checked by the Quality Department before despatching so you will not receive a faulty garment.
