If the security tags are removed we won't be able to accept the return.
After goods are received, quality checked your refund will be credited to the original payment method
We aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We are not obliged to provide you a refund until we receive the product(s) back from you or we receive evidence (such as proof of postage) from you that you have sent the item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend that you send the products using a secure or trackable method - e.g. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.
If the item is rejected your item(s) will be returned to you along with a letter outlining the reason(s).
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you
Cancelling a pre-order / Made per order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 7 days from the day after the day on which you ordered.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL, DPD or TNT to return your orders
To ensure we are offering the best quality all garments are checked by the Quality Department before despatching so you will not receive a faulty garment.
Please note a credit note will be issued if a return is received outside the 14 day returns policy.
You have a year to use the credit note from the date issued.
If you need to extend - a months notice must be given prior to the expiry date.
